What is the return policy?

Because of the natural properties of latex, all sales are final, and items cannot be returned for color, size, or length. Be sure to carefully confirm your desired color, size, and length before purchasing.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are able to accept cancellations, only if a "cancel request" is send within 6 hours of the purchase. If you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. As after the 6 hours, your order will be processed to be able to offer fast shipping.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

We carefully select our manufacturing partners in China, to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. All inventory is stored in Atlanta, USA, and ships throughout the entire North America.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and weight of the items in your order. Shipping will be calculated during checkout and you will be able to review the shipping price before your final purchase.

All items are prepared and shipped from the USA. International buyers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
